What is website security & growth?
For our purposes, this consists of:
- Updating page text and links
- Updating photos/graphics
- Creating small graphics
- Improving the presentation of existing pages
- Creating additional pages for existing website
- Removing existing pages from your website
- Changing existing web page layout
- Changing/updating background image
- Style sheet updates and changes
What is not included in your plans?
What happens if I use up all of my time?
- We can put your work on hold until your hours renew in the next billing cycle.
- We continue the work at the maintenance plan’s provide hourly rate. Additional hours are billed separately in next billing cycle.
- Your account can be upgraded to the next level plan.
What about rollover hours?
It is not often that a business consistently requires the same amount of maintenance hours every month. Some businesses have seasonal promotions, while others simply have a busy and slow season. We understand this and therefore some of our monthly maintenance plans include a “Roll Over Feature.”
We will roll over any unused hours from the previous month up for up to one month. Roll over hours from the previous month expire once the current month has passed.
For example, you signed up for our Venti 10 hour on June 18th, 3.5 hours were used to perform work on your site.
On July 18th you will have 16.5 hours in your account. The 10 hours included in the plan + 6.5 hours rolled over from your previous billing cycle. Your 6.5 rollover hours will expire at the start of the next billing cycle.
